Cancellation policy :

  • Cancellation must be notified by e-mail at plantepigenetics2018@inra.fr
  • Cancellation and refund will be subject to the following conditions:For cancellation received by June 30th, 2018: Full registration fee will be refunded, but an administration fees of 50 € will be imposed.
    • For cancellation received by June 30th, 2018: Full registration fee will be refunded, but an administration fees of 50 € will be imposed.
    • For cancellation received from July 1st, 2018 to September 15th, 2018: 50% of full registration fee will be refunded.
    • For cancellation received after September 15th, 2018: No refund will be provided.
  • If you do not attend the conference without any notice of cancellation, no refund will be given.
  • If you are unable to attend, you can be replaced by another person. Requests for replacements will be accepted by e-mail only at plantepigenetics2018@inra.fr

Each request must include the name of the person registered and his/her replacement
