Important dates

Deadlines 

  • Abstract submission: January 10th, 2018 to the June 30th, 2018  (to September 15th for poster)
  • Early Bird registration: January 10th, 2018 - June 30th, 2018
  • Deadline for registration: October 4th, 2018 (No on-site registration will be accepted)

Abstracts

  • Symposium attendees are welcomed to submit abstracts of original work for oral or poster presentation.
  • A limited number of abstracts will be selected by the scientific committee for oral presentation.
  • Instructions to authors: Abstracts must be produced using the template provided
    • The abstract should be in English,
    • 1 page maximum for the submission.
    • Presenting author e-mail address is required.

Posters

Guidelines for Poster Presentation

The authors of the selected abstracts for poster presentation will be asked to prepare and bring posters with them.

  • There will a dedicated poster session on the first day of the conference, which will create an opportunity for networking. During the session, presenters are expected to stand by their poster/exhibition in order to discuss their research/design project with the viewers and enjoy some refreshments. The poster presentations will be on continuous display throughout the conference.
  • Poster authors are responsible for printing and bringing the poster to the conference
  • Poster set-up: Each poster presenter is responsible for putting his/her poster up on a dedicated board on the first day, just after registration.
  • Poster size: The poster should not exceed A0 format (841mm x 1189 mm / 33" x 47") in portrait (vertical) layout

Authors are encouraged to:

  • Include a photo of yourselves on the poster so that you can be easily identified by the poster viewers.
  • Print several copies of their posters in A4 format and hang these up in an envelope on their designated poster board. This will make communication and future collaborations easier and more visible.

There will be a poster prize for the best poster presented by a PhD student

Excursion and Gala Dinner (Day 2)

Tuesday October 30th, 2018 (Day 2), an excursion is scheduled the afternoon:

After the excursion, the bus will put down you directly in the gala dinner (or in the city center for those who will not be present in the gala dinner)

Registrations fees can be paid by credit card on line or by bank transfer in Euros or order form in the name of ACS INRA-IRHS/Plantepigenetics2018 and your name

If you want to make a single payment for several delegates, when registering select "Register another person to group payment"
